All merchandise will be sent via UPS priority mail (USPS) which will provide a delivery confirmation and tracking number

Allow 3-7 days for delivery to most national locations. Special orders may be longer and customer will be alerted when placing order.

All shipping times are based on in-transit times once your order has been processed and shipped (pending special orders status).

Additional shipping insurance is optional. All First class USPS has a standard $100.00 shipping insurance allowance. This if you wish additional insurance and special delivery options it will be at the expense of the buyer.

Sanaa Artisan Jewelry is not responsible for any damage occurring during actual shipping once item is in transit. Buyer can check with the USPS should package be received in a damaged state.

Return and Exchange
We will accept and honor most returns within 5 days with a return confirmation number issued from us. Please email to: sanaaartisanjewelry@gmail.com) with request and reason for return.

All returns will be at the expense of the buyer (unless otherwise pre-arranged) All qualified returns will be accepted as long as merchandise has not been damaged or altered from it's originally issued state.

Custom made orders cannot be re-made, but should you need a repair, please note that in your return request.
